Reservation FAQ
Before you call.
Airport and seaport procedure, timing and exactly what happens once your reservation is confirmed.
Your chauffeur monitors your flight and adjusts for early or delayed arrivals at no extra charge. For domestic arrivals we meet you at baggage claim; for international arrivals we meet you just outside customs. Curbside pickup is available on request if you prefer to walk straight out. Departures are timed to your airline's recommended check-in window for PBI, FLL and MIA.
For cruise arrivals at Port Everglades, PortMiami or the Port of Palm Beach, we meet you in the assigned terminal pickup area once you clear luggage collection. For departures we drop you directly at your terminal and hand your bags to the porters, timed to your boarding window.
Twenty four hours notice is ideal and guarantees availability. Same day and short notice requests are often possible, so call and ask. Holidays, season weekends and early morning airport runs fill first, so book those as soon as your travel is confirmed.
Kenneth Heffernan confirms your pickup address, destination, date, time and passenger count on the call, quotes a flat rate, then sends a written confirmation by text or email. You receive a reminder before your pickup and a message when your chauffeur is en route.
Airport arrivals include generous complimentary wait time after landing. All other pickups include a standard grace period. If your plans shift while we are already on the road, simply call the same number and we adjust.
Yes. Call or text the reservation line and we update the itinerary. Courtesy cancellations are simple when you let us know ahead of your scheduled pickup.
