Reservations
All service is provided by advance reservation and is subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only once we have replied to you directly with confirmation of date, time and pricing.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the itinerary you provide. Changes to pickup location, destination, timing, wait time, additional stops or tolls may affect the final amount.
Cancellations and changes
Please notify us as early as possible if plans change. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a charge reflecting the reserved time.
Wait time
A reasonable grace period is included for airport and seaport arrivals. Extended waiting beyond that period may be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Passenger conduct
Passengers are expected to travel safely and lawfully. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. We reserve the right to end a trip where safety or the law is at risk.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, flight schedules or other conditions beyond our control, nor for personal items left in the vehicle.
