Palm Beach County
PBI and BCT
PBI is a compact single terminal field, which means arrivals move quickly and departures rarely need more than two hours. We serve Palm Beach Island, Wellington, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens and Boca Raton, with FBO access at Boca Raton Executive for private aviation clients.
Broward County
FLL and FXE
FLL runs four terminals with separate approach roads, so terminal specific drop-off matters. We cover Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, Weston, Coral Springs and Hollywood, and pair naturally with a short transfer to Port Everglades.

Palm Beach International (PBI), Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International (FLL) and Miami International (MIA), plus the executive fields at Boca Raton (BCT), Fort Lauderdale Executive (FXE) and Opa-locka (OPF). Pickups and drop-offs are available at any terminal or private aviation FBO in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade.
For domestic departures from PBI we plan a two hour arrival window at the terminal, and for FLL and MIA we plan closer to two and a half hours in season. International departures are timed for three hours. Your pickup time is calculated backward from that window using the traffic pattern on I-95, the Turnpike and the airport approach roads for your specific hour of travel.
Yes. We track your inbound flight number and shift the pickup automatically when the arrival time moves, at no additional charge. If you clear customs faster than expected, call the reservation line and your chauffeur repositions to meet you.
Domestic arrivals are met at baggage claim with a name sign on request. International arrivals are met just outside customs at the arrivals hall. Curbside pickup on the arrivals level is available if you prefer to walk straight out to the vehicle.
Yes. We work regularly with the FBOs at FXE, BCT and OPF, meeting passengers planeside or at the lobby depending on the operator's policy. Share your tail number or operator and we coordinate directly with the handler.
The 2022 Chevrolet Suburban RST seats up to six passengers comfortably with luggage, or seven with light bags. For golf clubs, ski bags or oversized cases, mention it when you reserve so we plan the load and seating accordingly.
